We’re thrilled to welcome Lindsay Fields-Goltz to Flip4Good’s Board of Directors.

A seasoned executive coach and certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Lindsay brings more than 20 years of experience in trauma resolution, leadership development, and body-based healing. She has worked with senior leaders and teams at EY, Amazon, Boston Scientific, Aesop, and SiriusXM, and was named one of the top coaches in the country by Culture Amp.

“Lindsay’s work sits right at the intersection of healing, design, and leadership,” said Erika Brulé, Founder + CEO of Flip4Good. “She brings a perspective that’s both deeply grounded and radically expansive. Her presence on the board strengthens our ability to think about trauma-informed design as a service and as a cultural movement.”

For Lindsay, joining the board is a full-circle moment.

“I’ve spent years helping leaders create internal environments of safety and agency,” she said. “When I learned about Flip4Good, it was like seeing that same mission come to life externally, through space. I’m honored to support this work and contribute wherever I can.”

Lindsay will advise on trauma-informed frameworks, education initiatives, and content strategy, focusing on strengthening the organization's frame and communication of the behavioral health impact of trauma-informed design.

Her addition marks an exciting step forward in Flip4Good’s ongoing effort to build safe spaces that support long-term stability and reimagine what housing can make possible.

About Flip4Good

Flip4Good transforms transitional housing through trauma-informed design.

We create sensory-conscious spaces built for healing, stability, and long-term success, starting with the communities most impacted by housing insecurity.

Our model is built on behavioral health research, supplier diversity, and design as intervention. We work at the intersection of design, equity, and systems change.

Every project is delivered at an accessible cost to the facility. Every space we flip is built to help people move forward.
