Sarah Geske, NCIDQ, IIDA, is an accomplished commercial interior designer based in Los Angeles with more than eight years of experience spanning healthcare and workplace design. Her career reflects a deep commitment to creating spaces that are highly functional and thoughtfully crafted, with an emphasis on balancing materiality, proportion, and visual harmony.
She joined the global architecture and design firm HOK in Los Angeles, where she advanced her expertise on high-profile projects and contributed to the team that developed the trauma-informed design principles now recognized across the industry. Sarah now brings her skills and perspective to HLW, continuing to design environments that respond to organizational needs while enhancing the experiences of the people who use them.
Recognized as a forward-thinking leader in her field, Sarah was honored with Interior Design Magazine’s NEXT Award in 2024, received the Women’s Leadership Award in 2021, and was selected for the ThinkLab Gen Z Cohort in 2025. She also serves on the IIDA LA City Center Board, where she contributes to industry engagement and professional development initiatives.
