He currently serves as Director of Project Management at Cumming Group, supporting a global technology client’s real estate and facilities organization across major western U.S. markets. His work spans capital projects, workplace transformations, sustainability programs, specialty technical projects, program governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale project delivery.

As Build / Technical Execution Director for Flip4Good, Emmanuel brings technical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic oversight to feasibility planning, execution strategy, vendor coordination, operational scalability, and long-term project durability. He also serves in leadership and advisory roles supporting entrepreneurship, workforce development, small business empowerment, supplier diversity, and social impact.
