Dimi is the Founder and Principal of Kastella Design Studio, a Los Angeles-based commercial interior design practice. A California native with nearly two decades of experience, she has led projects across healthcare, hospitality, sports and entertainment, education, workplace, and community housing environments.
Her background includes formative years at Gensler, CO Architects, and RBB Architects, where she built deep experience in interior architecture, healthcare design, institutional environments, documentation, technical execution, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
At Flip4Good, Dimi will support partnership development, strategic capital, design challenge expansion, advocacy, and mission-aligned visibility. She will work closely with Jordan Dunn, Board Member, Partnerships + Programs, to help build relationships across the design, manufacturing, construction, real estate, philanthropic, nonprofit, and broader business communities.
Dimi’s role comes at a critical moment for Flip4Good as the organization continues building the partner ecosystem needed to support future Flips, expand education initiatives, and move the work forward with greater structure and scale.
“Dimi brings design rigor, systems thinking, and a real commitment to the communities we serve,” said Erika Brulé, Founder + Chief Executive Officer of Flip4Good. “She understands that design decisions shape how people feel, move, heal, and rebuild inside a space. She also understands that this work requires relationships, resources, and people willing to help carry it forward. I’m so glad she’s joining us in this capacity.”
Dimi’s connection to mission-driven design is also personal. She is a longtime supporter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and currently partners pro bono with the Foothill Catalog Foundation on wildfire recovery efforts in Altadena and the Pacific Palisades.
“The work Flip4Good is doing sits at the intersection of design, healing, and community,” said Dorbacopoulos. “I’m excited to support the organization by helping build partnerships, open doors, and bring others into a model that treats the built environment as part of the support system people deserve.”
Through Kastella Design Studio and her advisory role with Flip4Good, Dimi continues to focus on work rooted in impact, community, and long-term relationship building.
