Flip4Good has officially added Emmanuel Hyppolite to its Board of Directors as Build / Technical Execution Director, bringing technical depth, operational rigor, and large-scale project leadership into the next stage of the organization’s growth.

Emmanuel is a strategic operations and program management executive with nearly two decades of experience leading complex real estate, infrastructure, sustainability, and technical delivery initiatives across corporate, energy/utility, and community-focused organizations.

He currently serves as Director of Project Management at Cumming Group, where he supports a global technology client’s real estate and facilities organization across major markets throughout the western United States. His work spans capital projects, operational initiatives, sustainability programs, workplace transformations, specialty technical projects, program governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale program/project delivery.

“Emmanuel brings exactly the kind of rigor we need in this next stage of Flip4Good,” said Erika Brulé, Founder + Chief Executive Officer of Flip4Good. “He understands what it takes to move from vision to execution: feasibility, sequencing, vendor coordination, durability, risk, and real-world constraints. As we continue growing, that perspective is essential.”

In his role with Flip4Good, Emmanuel will provide technical, operational, and strategic leadership across build-related and feasibility considerations that shape the organization’s design work. His expertise will support project scoping, sequencing, vendor alignment, trade coordination, operational risk assessment, and long-term scalability.

“Flip4Good’s work sits at the intersection of design, operations, and impact,” said Emmanuel Hyppolite. “I’m excited to support the organization as it builds the systems, partnerships, and execution structure needed to scale this work with intention and rigor.”

Emmanuel also brings deep board and community leadership experience. He serves in leadership and advisory capacities across several nonprofit and community-focused organizations, supporting work centered on entrepreneurship, workforce development, small-business empowerment, supplier diversity, energy equity, and social impact.

As Flip4Good continues to grow, Emmanuel’s leadership strengthens the organization’s ability to execute rigorously, build smarter systems, and ensure that trauma-informed design work is grounded in technical reality, operational sustainability, and long-term use.

Welcome to the board, Emmanuel. We’re ready to build.
