Flip4Good Welcomes HOK’s Jordan Dunn as Advisor

We’re thrilled to officially welcome Jordan Dunn of HOK’s Los Angeles studio to the Flip4Good Advisory team.

Jordan has been a driving force behind our work since day one. As HOK’s Impact Leader, he played a critical role in the development and execution of our first Flip, offering steady support, coordination, and care throughout the process. He also helped develop the Trauma-Informed Design for Homeless Populations framework that underpins our entire approach, making his connection to this work both personal and foundational.

At HOK, Jordan leads the Los Angeles studio’s community impact efforts, overseeing pro bono design, donation partnerships, and social impact collaborations. His approach centers equity, healing, and sustainable design, with a clear understanding of how built space can shape human outcomes.

“Flip4Good’s mission grabbed me from the start,” said Dunn. “This is the kind of work I believe in—work that reflects care, accountability, and the belief that everyone deserves a space designed for stability and recovery. I’m proud to champion it, and grateful to walk alongside this team.”

Founder + CEO Erika Brulé shared, “Jordan has been with us from the beginning. His commitment to the mission shows up in every interaction—in how he shows up for partners, how he moves through challenge, and how deeply he believes in what we’re building. Welcoming him as an Advisor is both an honor and a continuation of what’s already been true.”

In his advisory role, Jordan will continue to strengthen Flip4Good’s creative partnerships, expand our network of mission-aligned collaborators, and help advance trauma-informed design as a vital part of the housing response.
