To celebrate Mother's Day, Flip4Good will host "EmpowerHer: A BrightSpots Celebration of Motherhood and Empowerment," a special event honoring and celebrating the strength and resilience of the incredible women at Alexandria House, which provides safe and supportive housing for women and children experiencing homelessness and trauma.
The day will feature decadent and restorative activities to uplift spirits and foster well-being, including manicures and therapeutic massages provided by Unwind Mobile Massage + Spa. Executive Chef Denise Smith of Genniebee Catering, known for her philanthropic efforts and exceptional culinary talents, will prepare brunch. To add to the ambiance, Amelia Rose Posada of Birch and Bone will adorn the space with her exquisite floral artistry.
This event is a celebration and a powerful statement of recognition and support for the women at Alexandria House—a day for them to feel valued, connected, and empowered. The planned activities are intended to support mental health, reduce isolation, and reinforce a network of support, making a real difference in their lives.
