Emmanuel P. Hyppolite is a strategic operations and program management executive with nearly two decades of experience leading complex real estate, infrastructure, sustainability, and technical delivery initiatives across corporate, energy/utility, and community-focused organizations.
He currently serves as Director of Project Management at Cumming Group, supporting a global technology client’s real estate and facilities organization, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of capital projects, operational initiatives, sustainability programs, workplace transformations, and specialty technical projects across major markets throughout the western United States. His leadership spans program governance, strategic planning, risk management, operational execution, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale project delivery ranging from workplace modernizations to laboratory and mission-critical infrastructure environments.
Throughout his career, Emmanuel has led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational excellence, sustainability implementation, electric vehicle charging deployment, organizational transformation, and portfolio governance. He is recognized for building scalable frameworks, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving high-impact outcomes in fast-paced and highly complex environments.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Emmanuel is deeply committed to community development, equitable economic growth, and mission-driven organizations. He serves in leadership and advisory capacities across several nonprofit and community-focused organizations, supporting initiatives centered on entrepreneurship, workforce development, small business empowerment, and social impact.
As Build / Technical Execution Director for Flip4Good, Emmanuel brings technical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic oversight to support the organization’s growth and long-term impact. His focus includes feasibility planning, execution strategy, infrastructure development, operational scalability, and ensuring projects are delivered with both purpose and sustainability in mind.
Emmanuel holds an MBA from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Vanguard University, and multiple professional certifications in project and program management.
