Rami Sarakbi is a construction and project delivery leader with more than 13 years of experience guiding complex corporate interior projects across Southern California. He currently serves as Project Executive at BCCI Construction, where he provides strategic oversight, financial governance, client relationship leadership, and team mentorship across the firm’s commercial interiors portfolio.

With a master’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in construction management, Rami brings a strong technical foundation to every phase of project delivery, from feasibility and preconstruction through closeout. His work is grounded in precision, clear communication, and the ability to move complex projects forward while balancing client vision, budget, schedule, trade coordination, and field realities.

Across his career, including prior leadership roles at Swinerton, Rami has built a trusted network of trade partners, consultants, local officials, and project teams. His approach combines hands-on problem-solving with big-picture thinking, helping deliver environments that function well, support the people who use them, and create long-term value. At Flip4Good, Rami serves as Build + Construction Execution Advisor, supporting the organization’s construction partner ecosystem, project execution strategy, and trauma-informed design implementation.
