Helen is a purpose-driven executive and thought leader at the intersection of brand, social impact, and equity. She currently serves as Vice President of Social Impact at Prose, a beauty-tech company dedicated to personal care that prioritizes both people and the planet. In this role, Helen leads the company’s social impact and ESG strategy, guiding Prose’s evolution from a sustainability-focused brand to one deeply invested in community well-being and justice-centered initiatives.

Over the course of her career, Helen has built and scaled social good programs across the nonprofit and corporate sectors, including at ViacomCBS, TIME’S UP, and the Will & Jada Smith Family Foundation, focusing on strategic partnerships, narrative change, and systems-level impact. Her work spans movement-building, corporate citizenship, and public-private collaboration, with an emphasis on creating initiatives that drive measurable change. A first-generation Nigerian-American, Helen draws from her lived experience to center equity, cultural authenticity, and joy in everything she builds.

Helen holds degrees from Harvard University and Columbia Law School, and has served on advisory councils for Civic Nation, Soho House, and several early-stage ventures committed to equity and access.
