Intern
Jessica Abdelmalik is a Creative + Social Intern at Flip4Good, where she supports visual storytelling, social content, presentation materials, and design systems that help bring the organization’s trauma-informed design work to life.
A recent graduate of California State University, Northridge, Jessica brings a strong foundation in graphic design, visual communication, and creative production. Her experience includes logo design, flyers, posters, mock-ups, and client-facing project leadership through IntersectLA at CSUN, where she led projects, communicated with clients and design teams, and presented creative deliverables. She is skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with additional experience translating design concepts into usable visual assets across platforms.
Jessica’s creative interests include branding, packaging design, visual hierarchy, texture, and clear, distinctive brand systems. Her design instincts align closely with Flip4Good’s commitment to building a visual identity that is bold, thoughtful, and grounded in purpose. In her role, she helps support the production of social media graphics, Canva-based assets, internal materials, and creative templates that strengthen Flip4Good’s day-to-day communications.
Jessica is also bilingual in English and Arabic and brings a background in teaching, tutoring, and peer leadership through her work as a Supplemental Instruction Leader and Math 131 tutor at CSUN. Her combination of design training, communication skills, and steady follow-through makes her a strong addition to Flip4Good’s growing creative team.
